Understanding the Old Testament for Muslims

Holy Bible

The answer to questions regarding the Old Testament is to explain the true and correct understanding of the Old Testament.

As no muslim anywhere at any time is taught a correct and truthful understanding of the OT or the NT, the explainations seem to be impossible to make clear and acceptable as answers to questions. In providing the correct understanding, the always false assertion that the Holy Bible is corrupted is the immediate response from all muslims as they have been falsely taught this everywhere and at all times, EXCEPT, mohammad himself affirmed the correct and truthfulness of the Holy Word of God and it is a relatively modern islamic adjustment to contradict mohammad.

Once this false claim is internalized, and accepted, regardless of its falsehood, it is impossible to accept the truth of God’s Holy Word in the Holy Bible. The biggest disconnect from reality is that acceptance of truth of all of the Holy Bible then casts doubts on the qu’ran because each place it contradicts the Holy Bible is in error. Just one error acceptance leads to questioning mohammad and this leads to apostacy.

This is why mohammad taught not to question him or the qu’ran as to do so will lead to doubt and doubt to understanding and understanding to apostacy.

—– But, I digress. Anything that you need explained regarding the OT or NT, just let me know. “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32

The truth shall make you free – The truth here means the Christian religion. Compare Galatians 3:1; Colossians 1:6. The doctrines of the true religion shall make you free – that is, it will free you from the slavery of evil passions, corrupt propensities, and grovelling views. The condition of a sinner is that of a captive or a slave to sin. He is one who serves and obeys the dictates of an evil heart and the promptings of an evil nature, Romans 6:16-17; “Ye were the servants of sin;” – Romans 6:19; “Ye have yielded your members servants unto iniquity;” – Romans 6:20; Romans 7:6, Romans 7:8,Romans 7:11; Romans 8:21; Acts 8:23; “Thou art in the – bond of iniquity;” Galatians 4:3, Galatians 4:9. The effect of the gospel is to break this hard bondage to sin and to set the sinner free. We learn from this that religion is not slavery or oppression. It is true freedom.

The service of God is freedom from degrading vices and carnal propensities; from the slavery of passion and inordinate desires. It is a cheerful and delightful surrender of ourselves to Him “whose yoke is easy and whose burden is light.” – Matthew 11:30

Insight of God

“Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.” – Daniel 12:3 It’s easy to take the starry heavens for granted. But walk outside on a cloudless night and the sight can be breathtaking. The brightest object discovered so far in the universe emits about 5 million-billon times more energy than the sun. (1) With six billion people on earth we seem to live in a universe of humanity. But God promises that the brightest stars are those with “insight,” who point others in the right direction. Constellations, planets and individual stars are essential for navigation. The same is true spiritually. People who know God and His ways are able to help others discover direction and destiny.

Correct Understanding of 1 Samuel 15 Verse 2and 4

Statuary Samuel greeting Saul in Ceremoniall H...

Samuel greeting Saul in Ceremonial Hall in Hradisko Monastery in Olomouc, Czech Republic

Saul Sent to Destroy Amalek.

1. Samuel also said unto Saul, The Lord sent me to anoint thee .: now therefore hearken thou unto . the Lord-Several years had been passed in successful military operations against troublesome neighbors. During these Saul had been left to act in a great measure at his own discretion as an independent prince. Now a second test is proposed of his possessing the character of a theocratic monarch in Israel; and in announcing the duty required of him, Samuel brought before him his official station as the Lord’s vicegerent, and the peculiar obligation under which he was laid to act in that capacity. He had formerly done wrong, for which a severe rebuke and threatening were administered to him (1Sa 13:13, 14). Now an opportunity was afforded him of retrieving that error by an exact obedience to the divine command.

Correct Understanding of Psalm 137 8 and 9

Man reading Psalms at the Western Wall. Jerusa...

Man reading Psalms at the Western Wall. Jerusalem, Israel/Palestine, March 2007 (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Happy – that taketh and dasheth thy little ones – That is, So oppressive hast thou been to all under thy domination, as to become universally hated and detested; so that those who may have the last hand in thy destruction, and the total extermination of thy inhabitants, shall be reputed happy – shall be celebrated and extolled as those who have rid the world of a curse so grievous.

These prophetic declarations contain no excitement to any person or persons to commit acts of cruelty and barbarity; but are simply declarative of what would take place in the order of the retributive providence and justice of God, and the general opinion that should in consequence be expressed on the subject; therefore praying for the destruction of our enemies is totally out of the question.

It should not be omitted that the Chaldee considers this Psalm a dialogue, which it thus divides: – The three first verses are supposed to have been spoken by the psalmist, By the rivers, etc. The Levites answer from the porch of the temple, in Psalm 137:4, How shall we sing, etc. The voice of the Holy Spirit responds in Psalm 137:5, Psalm 137:6, If I forget thee, etc. Michael, the prince of Jerusalem, answers in Psalm 137:7, Remember, O Lord, etc. Gabriel, the prince of Zion, then addresses the destroyer of the Babylonish nation, in Psalm 137:8, Psalm 137:9, Happy shall be he that rewardeth thee, etc. To slay all when a city was sacked, both male and female, old and young, was a common practice in ancient times.

Abraham WAS a Christian

Abraham WAS a Christian in the strictest understanding because he too was awaiting the coming of the Son of God to take away the sins of the world and to open the only door to which one must pass to enter into eternnal life.

IF we use the term muslim to refer to those who submit to the God of Abraham, of Moses, of Jacob, then Christians are the only muslims.

This confusion in terminology is why muslim is defined as a follower of islam rather than a follower of God. Muslim with a capital M is a follower of islam.

This is the same as the use of the generic allah which is arabic for god, any god. The Christian Allah refers the Christian God AND His Son Jesus while the muslim allah refers to the god od islam. These are NOT the same God. The Judaic and Christian God or Allah in Arabic is NOT the same god or allah of islam. I explained this much better in a different blog entry, but few will take the time to truly learn the difference and thus there is no need to post a link to the entry.

Hitler und der Islam

In the late nineteenth century, Guido von List adopted the swastika as an emblem for the Neo-Pagan movement in Germany. The Germans did not use the Sanskrit word swastika, however, but called it instead “Hakenkreutz,” meaning “hooked cross.” It would defeat and replace the cross, just as Neo-Paganism would defeat and replace Christianity.

Sharing the anti-Christian sentiment of the Neo-Pagan movement, the Thule Society also adopted the Hakenkreuz as part of its emblem, placing it in a circle with a vertical German dagger superimposed on it. In 1920, at the suggestion of Dr. Friedrich Krohn of the Thule Society, Hitler adopted the Hakenkreuz in a white circle for the central design of the Nazi Party flag. Hitler chose red for the background color to compete against the red flag of the rival Communist Party.

The French researchers Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier, in Le Matin des Magiciens (The Morning of the Magicians) (1962), wrote that Haushofer convinced Hitler to use the Hakenkreuz as the symbol for the Nazi Party. They postulate that this was due to Haushofer’s interest in Indian and Tibetan culture. This conclusion is highly unlikely, since Haushofer did not meet Hitler until 1923, whereas the Nazi flag first appeared in 1920. It is more likely that Haushofer used the widespread presence of the swastika in India and Tibet as evidence to convince Hitler of this region as the location of the forefathers of the Aryan race.

Nazi Suppression of Rival Occult Groups

During the first half of the 1920s, a violent rivalry took place among the Occult Societies and Secret Lodges in Germany. In 1925, for example, Rudolf Steiner, the founder of the Anthroposophical movement, was found murdered. Many suspected that the Thule Society had ordered his assassination. In later years, Hitler continued the persecution of Anthroposophists, Theosophists, Freemasons, and Rosicrucians. Various scholars ascribe this policy to Hitler’s wish to eliminate any occult rivals to his rule.

Influenced by Nietszche’s writings and Thule Society creeds, Hitler believed that Christianity was a defective religion, infected by its roots in Jewish thinking. He viewed its teachings of forgiveness, the triumph of the weak, and self-abnegation as anti-evolutionary and saw himself as a messiah replacing God and Christ. Steiner had used the image of the Antichrist and Lucifer as future spiritual leaders who would regenerate Christianity in a new pure form. Hitler went much further. He saw himself as ridding the world of a degenerate system and bringing about a new step in evolution with the Aryan master race. He could tolerate no rival Antichrists, either now or in the future. He was tolerant, however, of Buddhism.

Buddhism in Nazi Germany

In 1924, Paul Dahlke founded the Buddhistisches Haus (House for Buddhists) in Frohnau, Berlin. It was open to members of all Buddhist traditions, but primarily catered to the Theravada and Japanese forms, since they were the most widely known in the West at that time. In 1933, it hosted the First European Buddhist Congress. The Nazis allowed the House for Buddhists to remain open throughout the war, but tightly controlled it. As some members knew Chinese and Japanese, they acted as translators for the government in return for tolerance of Buddhism.

Who was Mohammad

Who was Muhammad?

How accurate is the Quran?

How has the Quran been rewritten over the last 1400 years?

These questions and many more are answered in Living by the Point of my Spear – a thoroughly researched biography of Mohammed, revealing the hidden facts about Muhammad’s sayings and deeds that have disappeared from history for 1,400 years – concealed by the use of the old Arabic language, to fool other nations into thinking that Muhammad was a true prophet. Concealed by the deliberate methods of Muhammad himself, who frequently rewrote the prophecies he supposedly told and concealed through generations of followers who have rewritten and falsely interpreted the Quran.

Zaki Ameen is a Muslim and former Imam, who having researched the history of Muhammad and the origins of the Muslim faith, uncovered shocking facts about the Quran and about Muhammad’s life. Living by the Point of My Spear lets you follow Zaki Ameen’s journey of discovery to uncover the dark side of Muhammad.

The biography of Muhammad is addressed and dedicated primarily to Arabs and Muslims, however all readers will find content that is interesting, well researched and informative. Written from the perspective of a Muslim, it is free from any western influences and is researched solely from Arabic literature and sources.

Being a former Imam of a mosque, Zaki Ameen understands the Arabic mentality and the suffering of Muslims as individuals and as a society. Living by the Point of My Spear is the first time ever that an Arab has spoken out with such honesty and clarity on the secret truth of Muhammad.

Different sections of the book investigate the secret of Islam’s longevity, how Muhammad frequently rewrote the Quran using a method called Abrogation and how the Quran has been rewritten since the time of Muhammad. It also explores how Mohammad received his ‘prophecies’, questioning the nature of Jibreel, the inspiring angel, whom he claimed inspired many of his prophecies – some of which he would then rewrite or remove completely the next day on some new guidance.

The book looks in detail at the prophet Muhammad’s relationship with Abu Sufyan and at how Muhammad viewed and treated women, slaves and other nations, including the Turks. It shows how he perpetuated the image of his own holiness, creating laws sentencing those who disagreed with him to death and imposing different taxes on the nation’s he conquered, depending on their loyalty.

The book focuses particularly on two sections of the Quran – the Tawba chapters and how the so called Satanic Verses were explained away.

If you wish to discover the true biography of Muhammad and the true history of the Muslim nations, then Living by the Point of my Spear is the book for you.

Living by the Point of my Spear is now available on amazon.com. or an eBook from Felibri for less than $5!

The Atonement

The Passion of the Christ

“The atonement of the Master is the central point of world history. Without it, the whole purpose for the creation of the earth and our living upon it would fail…

“…Without it, no man or woman would ever be resurrected… And so all the world, believers and non-believers, are indebted to the Redeemer for their certain resurrection, because the resurrection will be as wide as the fall, which brought death to every man.

“There is another phase of the atonement which makes me love the Savior even more, and fills my soul with gratitude beyond expression. It is that in addition to atoning for Adam’s transgression, thereby bringing about the resurrection, the Savior by his suffering paid the debt for my personal sins. He paid the debt for your personal sins and for the personal sins
of every living soul that ever dwelt upon the earth or ever will dwell in mortality upon the earth. But this he did conditionally.

“The benefits of this suffering for our individual transgressions will not come to us unconditionally in the same sense that the
resurrection will come regardless of what we do. If we partake of the blessings of the atonement as far as our individual transgressions are concerned, we must obey the law.”

When Westernized Muslim Children Leave Islam

There is nothing to be done because your children have walked away from the darkness and deception that is islam. Perhaps if they had been exposed to the One True God and His Son Jesus, they now would have eternal life. The solution to your situation is for you go to a good Christian church and begin Holy Bible studies, listen to the serman’s of truth, read the Holy Bible and after you have accepted God and rejected the deception’s of the great deceiver who pretended to be allah, you will also be able to influence your children to the truth and life eternal. Until and only then, will their condition change and will yours. They are just as lost to salvation now as when you attempted to instill islam in them. Perhaps they’ve already started the process to reject the deception of islam and are being pepared by God to accept Him.

Blessed are those who come in the name of the Lord Jesus, Son of God.

The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God

Gal. 5:22-23 says, ”But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Now, quick, without looking, how many fruit are there of the Spirit?  Take a guess and then count to see if you got it right.  Did you get it right?  Did you get nine?  If you did, you’re wrong because there is only ONE fruit of the Spirit, that’s right, just one.  In Greek the word for “fruit” is “karpos” and it is in the singular.  So, to translate this a little loosely, it could read like this.  ”But the single fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control…” This means that all of these graces listed are one group that go together as a unit.

Now, this little tidbit of information is important.  First of all, notice that the fruit of the Spirit is just that, of the Spirit.  It is not your fruit, but the fruit of the Spirit of God.  This is because God is love (1 John 4:8) and He lives in the believer (John 14:23).  This means that it is the work of God the Holy Spirit in you to bear this fruit.  Of course, you cooperate with God in bearing this fruit and you absolutely need to seek to develop it, but it is God who is ”…at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure” (Phil. 2:13).  Of course, we know that it is God’s good pleasure that you love and bear the fruit of love.

Second, if it is all one fruit, then all the nine things listed there are already yours in the Spirit of God.  In other words, all nine things are really one thing that you have because the Holy Spirit indwells you — if you are a Christian, that is.  You see, if you are loving, then will you not have joy?  If you are loving, will you not also have peace?  If you are loving, will you not also be patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled?   It could easily be said that love is the tree that bears the fruit of joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.  If you have love, the love of God in your heart because of your belief and faith in Jesus and His sacrifice, then all the other graces listed there are yours too.

Fruit of the Holy Spirit

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up the nine visible attributes of a true Christian life, according to Paul’s Epistle to the Galatians, chapter 5. Throughout the Bible, righteous men are likened to trees, and Paul, in Galatians 5, explains what fruit a righteous tree bears. Accordingly, these fruit are grown by those who have truly repented, or are truly followers of Jesus.  It is arguable that if one does not bear these fruit, one is not truly a Christian. In John’s account of the Gospel Jesus said, “These things I command you, that you love one another”[4] referred to as the New Commandment or the second greatest commandment. Paul illustrates with these attributes the kind of love that marks a true Christian life.

Good Works Verses Grace

Salvation Cannot Be by Works and God’s Grace

“NOT BY WORKS of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost” (Titus 3:5). This Bible verse makes it plain and simple that good works will not save anyone. Listen to the message of Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of GodNOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast.” How many Scriptures does God need to put in front of our face before we get the idea—salvation is not by merit. “Knowing that a man is NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE LAWbut by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and NOT BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW: for BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW SHALL NO FLESH BE JUSTIFIED” (Galatians 2:16). The road to Hell is paved with good intentions!!! The plain teaching of the Inspired Word of God is that salvation is NOT BY WORKS. You just read the Scriptures for yourself.

Salvation is of God, NOT Dependent Upon Man’s Works

Over and over the Bible proclaims that good deeds CANNOT merit us salvation. Someone needs to tell this to the Pope! He preaches a message of kindness and love, but rarely mentions the name of Jesus Christ. You’ll never hear the Pope speak of the torments of Hell. I’ve never heard him speak of being born-again either. All the love and kindness in the world will NOT get you into Heaven. Catholicism teaches that a person must keep the “Seven Sacraments” to obtain Heaven. This of course is a lie of the Devil! You do NOT need to be baptized to go to Heaven! You do NOT need to confess your sins to a priest in order to be forgiven. No priest can forgive anyone’s sins!!! You do NOT need to go to confirmation to be saved, no sir! These are lies of the Devil.

I once witnessed to a Catholic man concerning the Lord Jesus Christ. He said that he believed in “faith AND works.” Though I believe he was sincere, he does NOT understand the Bible very well. Romans 11:6 clarifies this matter, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But IF IT BE OF WORKS, THEN IT IS NO MORE GRACE: otherwise work is no more work.” If salvation comes by works, then it is NOT by God’s grace anymore. The whole reason that Jesus died on the cross is because we cannot do enough good works to get saved. There is NO amount of good deeds that can reconcile us to God. Only through Jesus Christ can anyone be saved. If it is possible for us to get to Heaven by living a good and upright life, then Jesus died for nothing… “I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the lawTHEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN” (Galatians 2:21).

In John 6:29 Jesus tells us the only WORK which men must do to be saved… “Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Amen!

Leadership

Leadership isn’t something you can put on like a suit of clothes or generate by copying someone else. Leadership is about who you genuinely are.

Successful leaders are those who are conscious about their behavior and the impact it has on the people around them. These leaders are willing to step back from the fray and get an accurate picture of what is working in their organizations — and in their lives — and what is not. Moreover, they want to know the why. They are willing to examine what behaviors of their own may be getting in the way.

Successful leaders understand that if we don’t lead consciously, it’s easy to repeat patterns that could be keeping us from achieving the results we are hoping to achieve.

The toughest person you will ever lead is yourself. We can’t effectively lead others unless we can lead ourselves, which starts with knowing who we are.
