No failure so tragic than an idea that never should have been that seeks to replace a Reality and idea thats already succeeded, especially that which is exploited by those who lead.
– Paul Marcel-Rene 11/22/12
When I wrote this original statement, I was referring to the tragic idea of a “palestinian” state besides Jordan (which already was established as a state of palestinians) that never should have been and that has led to countless deaths due to the exploitation of the displaced arabs erroneous classified as palestinians by their leaders, that seeks to replace the idea and reality of the State of Israel.
“Who I am?” – I am me, and while I change, yet do I remain the same. I am not my job, my past, the roles I play in life, but these are only small reflections of inner self that comes from having a perfected understanding of God and His Will and the part of the divine that resides in me.
To transcend your mind can be found only by achieving an understanding of God and His Will. Having achieved this, all else is superficial.

The most dangerous kind of waste is the waste we do not recognize. ~Shigeo Shingo
Leadership isn’t something you can put on like a suit of clothes or generate by copying someone else. Leadership is about who you genuinely are.
Successful leaders are those who are conscious about their behavior and the impact it has on the people around them. These leaders are willing to step back from the fray and get an accurate picture of what is working in their organizations — and in their lives — and what is not. Moreover, they want to know the why. They are willing to examine what behaviors of their own may be getting in the way.
Successful leaders understand that if we don’t lead consciously, it’s easy to repeat patterns that could be keeping us from achieving the results we are hoping to achieve.
The toughest person you will ever lead is yourself. We can’t effectively lead others unless we can lead ourselves, which starts with knowing who we are.
I saw beauty today
Where it had been hiding
Lost amongst weeds of debris
from modern society’s castoff
was the beauty of the divine
And this beauty spoke
a whisper barely heard
a cry to be acknowledge
and I embraced this divine beauty
small and warm and needy
my newest friend
my newest companion
lost divine beauty found
she meows to me now
she rescued me, not me her
I saw beauty today
and she has claimed me as hers.

Tuesday was a big improvement over the previous 9 days….. I had the two hour dentist appointment. Surprise, surprise, apparently to get a crown put in, it requires literally grinding half the tooth away! They forgot to mention that part when I agreed to yesterday’s appointment back in November. And once they called to make sure I was coming 10 minutes AFTER I was suppose to be there, it was a little late, sitting in the chair to say “excuse me, you’re gonna do what and take how long”.
The upside is I discovered that Caribou Coffee has a Sugar Free Skim Milk Latte that tastes great as I walked to it right from the dentist’s office to reward myself for submitting to the procedure.
I almost wanted to sing “Oh Happy Day”.
Anyways, tell me about you, or your day. How did you enjoy our beautiful temperate day Tuesday?
One doesn’t have to be a brain surgeon to offer good advice……
Everyone concentrates on the problems we’re having in Our Country lately: Illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, alligators attacking people in Florida …
Not me — I concentrate on solutions for the problems — it ‘s a win-win situation.
* Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border.
* Send the dirt to New Orleans to raise the level of the levees.
* Put the Florida alligators in the moat along the Mexican border.
Any other problems you would like for me to solve today?
Think about this:
2. The Constitution
3. The Ten Commandments
COWS: is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give each of them a cow.
THE CONSTITUTION: They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq …why don’t we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has worked for over 200 years, and we’re not using it anymore.
THE 10 COMMANDMENTS: The real reason that we can’t have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse is this — you cannot post ‘Thou Shalt Not Steal’ ‘Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery’ and ‘Thou Shall Not Lie’ in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians, it creates a hostile work environment.
